1. About these Terms

2. The Association
[LEGAL_NAME] is a non-profit alumni association. The Site provides information about the Association and allows visitors to become members and to make donations.
3. Membership and donations
- Membership is offered in tiers with the fees shown on the Site (currently 15,000 AMD/year and 25,000 AMD/year). Membership is valid for one year from the date of payment.
- Donations are voluntary contributions in the amount chosen by the donor.
- Prices are displayed in Armenian Drams (AMD) and include any applicable charges.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through the ArCa payment system operated by our payment provider, using Visa and Mastercard. We do not store your card details. By submitting a payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment card.
5. Refunds
Membership payments and donations are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
7. Intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, logos, images) belongs to the Association or is used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent, except as allowed by law. “AIESEC” and related marks are used in accordance with the applicable AIESEC alumni network guidelines.
8. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
